My name is Edel Mc Grory. I am a 37 year old music teacher from Donegal (don’t look a day over 27!!!).

After a back surgery to treat prolapsed disc with pinched nerves on both sides, I woke up in horrendous pain and no mobility. I had suffered spinal leakage also during the operation which had to be glued. I was sent home and advised to start with 10 minutes on my feet twice a day, no sitting and laying flat on my back outside of that!!
